2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. An order is not confirmed until you receive a shipping confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Retail Shop Origins is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside of our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Most unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Perishable goods, gift cards, and personal-care items that have been opened are not eligible for return. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

6. Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership plans and Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically at the interval selected until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team; the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Retail Shop Origins or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without written permission.

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. Same-Day Delivery is available before 1:00 PM local time in select metro zip codes, and Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Free standard shipping applies automatically to orders over $49, and is included on every order for Plus and Premium members.
